Skilled in stakeholder management, having worked with Government, foundations, philanthropists, and entrepreneurs to use resources and technology to build purpose led businesses from idea to launch and to bring products to market.

James' media career spans almost 20yrs. Having developed his production craft in Entertainment television at MTV and CBBC he formed and ran production company Lemonade Money. Lemonade went on to shape a new era in music television and content creation. After running Lemonade for 15 years and delivering award winning films for clients ranging from Channel 4 to Apple Music James became Creative Director of Music at BBC Studios.
With an impeccable eye for talent both on and off camera James has consistently championed young and diverse talent both on and off camera, supporting innovative and adventurous story telling. James is currently using his unique approach to film making to work with the UK’s biggest Regenerative farming project and building a community space in South London.

Frode is the founder of Ether Capital and has been active with blockchain projects since 2014. He has been involved in many relevant projects including a listed company’s token issuance, a large scale mining operation, fintech software, liquidity providing and other development. Frode used to run the hedgefund Range Capital for almost 10 years and has in addition to blockchain a varied financial experience including being a CF27 with the FCA in a regulated function.
